Objective I am a freelancer of many trades: photographer, writer, designer, maker, and teacher. I am located in Portland, Oregon; I specialize in the craft world, and would love any related work taking photos, designing projects, or writing.

My emphasis was in photography and I minored in Visual Arts, Studio. I have taken many classes in the art fields of computing, video, drawing, painting, history, and theory. I studied abroad at the University of Sussex in England for a summer as well.
Experience Photography Work
Specializing in natural lighting and music photography, but diverse in subject matter, freelance work has been for city weeklies, nationwide magazines, record labels, websites and blogs, and individual press shots and head shots. Also, art photography has been displayed in galleries and shown on websites.

Writing Work
Have done magazine writing, blogging and other online writing, and am currently writing for a knitting book.

Knit Designing
Mainly hats and other accessories, designs are always unique and use uncommon construction concepts or other unusual design elements.

leethal Business
leethal has been my ever-evolving business since 2004, for which I've designed and sold a huge variety of hand-crafted items, hand-coded the website and online store, as well as published a popular print zine and maintained a widely-read diy blog.

Hope in the City Reel Stories Program San Diego, CA (11/04 - 04/05)
Photography Teacher
Taught basic digital still photography to students in the program to use for the videos they created, also helped with video aspects of the program, including filming, sound and visual editing.

KSDT Radio San Diego, CA (11/01 - 06/03)
Operations Manager/DJ/Staff Member
Designed print and online zine, ran weekly staff meetings, trained new DJs, booked live shows in the station, photographed shows for the zine. Also, DJed my own show weekly; was publicity director for about 6 months in 2002. As publicity director, I created a zine, which was published in book form and distributed throughout San Diego, and also made into an online version.
